Position Overview

We are seeking a Private Client Financial Education Specialist to support a growing financial services organization serving a high-expectation, relationship-driven clientele. This role focuses on delivering structured financial education, supporting long-term planning conversations, and maintaining a professional, discreet client experience.

This position is well suited for individuals with a polished presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial topics with clarity and professionalism. Prior experience in financial services is not required; comprehensive training and licensing support are provided for qualified candidates.

This role operates in a remote/hybrid capacity while supporting clients in and around the Beverly Hills market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured financial education to individuals and families through scheduled virtual and select in-person meetings
  • Communicate financial concepts related to protection strategies, asset accumulation, and long-term planning with clarity and discretion
  • Support clients through a standardized, needs-based education framework
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict confidentiality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional client experience
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and internal processes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced training
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and high emotional intelligence
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion
  • Ability to work independently in a structured remote or hybrid environment
  • Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing (training provided)
