Senior Principal Cloud Engineer
Remote

Changeis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Cloud Engineer to support enterprise IT shared services operations within a cabinet-level federal agency environment. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for enterprise-scale architecture, performance optimization, and strategic cloud direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for complex cloud systems

  • Lead problem definition, requirements development, and solution implementation

  • Perform systems engineering lifecycle activities, including trade studies and analysis

  • Troubleshoot enterprise-scale performance issues and analyze system bottlenecks

  • Develop and implement capacity planning strategies

  • Lead architecture reviews for major cloud initiatives and migrations

  • Serve as the top technical escalation point for complex cloud challenges

  • Interface with government leadership on cloud strategy and risk

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years managing cloud environments
