Job Summary:
Datum Technologies Group is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support AI-enabled enterprise solutions, build intelligent automation, and integrate conversational AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain custom components including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 CE modules.
• Implement enhancements and resolve defects based on business requirements and AMS priorities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages).
• Automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Design and deploy Copilot Studio solutions, including intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants leveraging NLU/NLG capabilities.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Platform components and external enterprise systems.
• Manage custom topics, entities, and conversational actions.
• Utilize AI Builder for predictive modeling, document processing, and automation scenarios.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and performance standards.
• Support scalable and maintainable solution architecture.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support release management activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI design, and AI Builder.
• Knowledge of solution packaging, deployment processes, and version control practices.
Preferred:
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
• PL-600 or MB-600 certifications (preferred for solution architecture exposure)
• Experience developing PCF controls and working with Power Pages.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, AI Foundry, and modern data integration frameworks.
