Power BI Consultant Job Description: We are actively seeking a Power BI Consultant to join a dynamic enterprise team in San Diego, CA. This hybrid role demands not just technical prowess in Power BI, but also leadership skills to guide BI development, mentor junior staff, and translate complex analytics into business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of client engagement, report optimization, and driving BI adoption across organizations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually compelling and scalable Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, data modeling, and DAX calculations.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to improve data literacy.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates, Microsoft Fabric, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or analytics with a focus on Power BI.
