Job description

We are currently seeking Senior All-Source Analysts (Production) to support a high-priority mission at Fort Meade, Maryland. In this role, you will leverage multi-source intelligence to produce timely, actionable analysis supporting cyberspace operations, national security objectives, and Department of Defense decision-making.

Essential Job Functions:

The Senior All-Source Analyst will:

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis using classified and open-source information to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional and functional national security issues.

Provide intelligence support to collection, operations, investigations, targeting, and other defense intelligence missions.

Research, evaluate, correlate, and deconflict intelligence from multiple sources, including:

    • Classified reporting
    • Technical intrusion reporting
    • Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
    • Finished intelligence from Intelligence Community partners
    • Open-source intelligence (OSINT)
    • Cyber threat reporting

Analyze cyber threats, malware, adversary infrastructure, and tactics to identify emerging trends, threat actor behavior, and operational impacts.

Produce high-quality intelligence in accordance with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) analytic tradecraft standards.

Maintain awareness of cyber events affecting U.S. Government networks, Department of Defense systems, and international environments to identify relationships with existing intelligence holdings.

Coordinate and collaborate with Intelligence Community partners, USCYBERCOM Service Components, Combatant Commands, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), CERT organizations, and Information Assurance Centers, as directed by Government leadership.

Conduct research and analysis on selectors of interest using SIGINT production tools and capabilities.

Identify, characterize, and assess cyber threats through the exploitation of SIGINT and other intelligence sources.

Utilize intelligence systems and analytic databases, including:

Intelligence Support to Planning and Operations

Provide all-source Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) support for Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO).

Develop Intelligence Estimates and other planning products supporting operational planning and execution.

Support Intelligence Planning Teams (IPTs) during mission planning and execution.

Threat Trends and Indicators

Produce intelligence bulletins, assessments, and briefings related to assigned mission areas.

Analyze adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), malware, and cyber capabilities.

Identify emerging cyber threats affecting the DoD Information Network (DoDIN) and U.S. Critical Infrastructure/Key Resources (CI/KR).

Develop cyber threat indicators supporting the Defense Warning Program.

Cyber Exercise Support

Support cyber exercises through:

    • Scenario development
    • White cell participation
    • Role-player support
    • Intelligence inject development

Staff Support

Respond rapidly to Requests for Information (RFIs) from J2 leadership and other Government stakeholders.

Provide timely analytical support to command staff and operational leadership.

Intelligence Product Development

Produce, edit, publish, and disseminate clear, accurate, and timely cyber intelligence products.

Ensure products comply with Intelligence Community analytic standards and tradecraft.

Briefings

Develop and deliver intelligence briefings, presentations, and executive-level updates for audiences up to the General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) level.

Meeting Support

Participate in meetings supporting operational planning and intelligence production.

Coordinate with Government organizations and cleared industry partners as required.

Occasional travel may be required; virtual participation is preferred when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.

DoD 8570.01 certification or verified equivalent experience/coursework meeting:

    • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I, or
    • Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I requirements.

Minimum 12 years of experience performing all-source intelligence analysis or a closely related intelligence discipline, with relevant experience within the past two years.

Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and or a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university with equivalent qualifying experience.

Extensive knowledge of Intelligence Community processes, cyber intelligence, and all-source analysis.

Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and structured analytic tradecraft.

Ability to develop innovative research strategies and analytical approaches to address highly complex intelligence challenges.

Strong understanding of intelligence operations, knowledge management, and information sharing across organizational and Intelligence Community boundaries.

Ability to independently manage multiple analytical priorities with minimal supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, accurate, and actionable intelligence products.

Experience evaluating intelligence products for analytic rigor, logical reasoning, tradecraft compliance, and evidence-based conclusions.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across joint, interagency, and Intelligence Community organizations.

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting both All-Source Analysis (ASA) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) missions.

Experience with SIGINT production functions such as:

    • DNEA
    • TDNA
    • TAR
    • Related NSA or USCYBERCOM mission functions

Experience supporting cyber intelligence, cyberspace operations, or national-level intelligence production.

Experience briefing senior military or Intelligence Community leadership.
