Role: Senior Systems Test Engineer
Location: Newton, MA 02466
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Shift: 9am to 5 pm
Status: Temp 12 Months
Position Summary:
We are currently looking for an ambitious Contract System Test Engineer to join our Endovascular Robotics business within Advanced Therapies. We are a global technology leader in robotic-assisted vascular interventions. We believe the combination of endovascular robotics, image guidance and dedicated devices will change the way neurovascular procedures will be done in the future, enabling better outcomes, and enabling our customers to provide better access to care.
As a Contract System Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
โ€ข Developing test methods for the verification of a complex medical robotics system
โ€ข Supporting and updating the traceability of requirements and risk
โ€ข Implementation of processes in our toolchain for verification and issue management
โ€ข Execution of system and subsystem verification testing
โ€ข Drive continuous improvement for systems engineering and quality processes

โ€ข Working with traceability for a large set of multi-layered product requirements

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in engineering discipline, such as Systems, Biomedical, Robotics, Software, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
โ€ข 5+ years relevant technical experience in the medical device industry (medical/surgical robotics experience preferred)
