Job description

Title: Influencer Marketing Associate (Part-Time)

Reports to: Associate Director / Director, Client Services

Supports: Senior Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers across client accounts

Schedule: MondayThursday, 10:00 AM5:00 PM (Remote on Mondays are remote, In-office Tues-Thurs)

Hourly Compensation: $30-35/hour, depending on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Associate to provide day-to-day support to our Influencer Marketing team across multiple client campaigns. This is an execution and support role, not a campaign-ownership role you'll be helping Senior Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers stay on top of the many moving pieces of a campaign (creator communications, tracker upkeep, gifting logistics, and shipping). All work is done under the direction of, and in coordination with, the senior team members assigned to each account.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving in the moment, and wants hands-on exposure to how influencer campaigns are run while learning from and supporting more senior team members.

What You'll Do

Creator & Talent Management Support

  • Help field day-to-day questions from creators and talent managers on content deadlines, revisions, posting instructions, and missing assets, escalating anything outside your scope to the senior team member on the account
  • Send reminders (drafted or approved by the account lead) for content review, submission due dates, and posting instructions across large creator rosters (50+ creators across multiple campaigns at a time)
  • Follow up with creators on outstanding content submissions and materials, as directed by the account team
  • Help troubleshoot platform-related questions, including account setup, content submission, and social account connection

Campaign Tracker Support

  • Keep internal and external trackers updated with live dates, assets, insights, ad codes, usage rights, paid media details, and reporting links, per direction from the account team
  • Update trackers as due dates, flighting dates, music, ad codes, and high-res assets change throughout a campaign
  • Update the organic tracker daily
  • Support the ongoing transition of tracking processes onto our internal platform

Content Tracking & Asset Support

  • Help monitor content attribution and performance in real time, flagging updates to the team throughout each campaign
  • Support content upkeep once posts go live
  • Organize and upload final and raw assets to client asset libraries and trackers as requested by client teams

Product Selection, Gifting & Ordering Support

  • Add and share product selects with brand partners for ordering, as directed by the account lead
  • Help review creator product selections to confirm choices align with approved brand guidelines
  • Process gift card orders as needed
  • Support gifting coordination and logistics

Shipping & Logistics Support

  • Help coordinate shipping communications with brand partners, monitoring tracking closely given ongoing shipping challenges
  • Share tracking information with brands and influencers
  • Update shipping and product trackers based on individual campaign needs

ABOUT YOU

  • Interest in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple trackers and campaigns at once
  • Clear, professional written communication for frequent creator and talent manager correspondence
  • Comfortable learning and troubleshooting new platforms/tools
  • Strong follow-through on assigned tasks, with good judgment about when to escalate to a senior team member
  • Available in-office TuesdayThursday, working hours 10:00 AM5:00 PM MondayThursday
