Role Overview
PuroClean is seeking a Lead Qualifier to help identify and engage veterans interested in franchise ownership. This role is well suited for someone with military experience or familiarity with the veteran community who is passionate about helping other veterans transition into civilian business ownership. You will serve as the first point of contact for veteran candidates, guiding them through the early stages of the franchise discovery process, assessing fit, and helping qualified veterans move forward. Your experience or understanding will help build trust and create meaningful connections with prospective veteran franchise owners.

Mission of the Role
Help recruit, engage, and qualify military veterans as potential PuroClean franchise owners by leveraging your military background or understanding of the veteran community, communication skills, and ability to assess leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from veteran and civilian franchise candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with an additional focus on veteran candidates
  • Build rapport using military experience or an understanding of the veteran transition experience
  • Evaluate leadership experience, operational mindset, and business readiness
  • Educate candidates on franchise ownership and the PuroClean opportunity
  • Conduct follow-ups to maintain engagement with veteran prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate Discovery Days for qualified candidates
  • Partner with Franchise Development team on candidate recommendations
  • Track candidate activity in CRM system
  • Help develop strategies specifically aimed at attracting veteran franchise owners
