Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Senior IT Specialist - Technical Support to support one of our federal law enforcement clients. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting secure web service connections, data integration services, identity and access management (IAM) solutions, and secure file transfer capabilities that support mission-critical information sharing across criminal justice systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in identity and access management, cloud technologies, secure web services, XML-based data integration, enterprise system administration, and customer support within a secure federal environment. This position may be performed remotely or onsite in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Key Responsibilities * Implement, support, and maintain secure web service user connections, data connections, and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections supporting enterprise data integration operations. * Develop, maintain, and utilize ETL products and automated data integration tools that facilitate secure information sharing. * Support internal and external customers by provisioning, authenticating, authorizing, and managing user access to applications, systems, and enterprise resources. * Administer digital identities and associated user privileges using Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies. * Manage day-to-day operational support for enterprise data integration services, including: * Troubleshooting system connectivity issues * Resolving XML schema errors * Managing server-side configurations * Supporting secure application deployments * Deliver advanced technical support and exceptional customer service to participating Criminal Justice Agencies (CJAs). * Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including: * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Technical documentation * Process workflows * White papers * Status reports * Dashboards * Program reports * Track project milestones, deliverables, and operational metrics while providing recurring updates and reporting to leadership. * Operate within the FBI CJIS Division's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and actively participate in Agile Release Train (ART) activities. Required Qualifications Education * Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
