Job description

  • You will exhibit strong proficiency in interpreting and following Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and production schedules to effectively execute daily tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards
  • Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives / policies as business needs arise
  • You will follow step by step instructions detailed by senior operators in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • And you must demonstrate strong batch chemistry math skills, including the ability to accurately perform calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and weight percentage conversions across various units of measure
  • You will work in a challenging environment that is typically temperature controlled in areas required but often can be hot, dirty, dusty, and humid, while wearing a respirator, flame-resistant (FR) clothing, and appropriate safety gear, in a setting that can be noisy and demands strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
