Location: New York City Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000-$120,000 Reports to: Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations Position Summary: 360 Medical Consulting is seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to support senior operations leadership and help oversee our growing network of employer-sponsored healthcare offices.This is a hands-on role for an experienced people manager who wants to learn the business from the ground up. The Operations Manager will become familiar with each client location, clinical service line, team, and operational process while helping manage employees, projects, priorities, and day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate is a confident and supportive manager who can establish clear expectations, develop employees, solve problems, and ensure strong follow-through. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to assigned operational and site-based employees. Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, and help employees address workflow or performance concerns. Support employee onboarding, training, development, engagement, and staffing coverage. Support the COO and Director of Operations with daily priorities, projects, meetings, and follow-up. Track assignments, deadlines, site needs, staffing concerns, and operational issues across multiple locations. Visit client locations regularly and develop a strong understanding of their employees, services, workflows, and operational needs. Support new office launches, service expansions, staffing transitions, events, and special projects. Coordinate with providers, site teams, clients, vendors, Human Resources, technology, and other internal departments. Help standardize workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and service. Handle confidential employee, business, client, and patient-related information with discretion. Qualifications Five to eight years of experience in operations, project management, office management, healthcare administration, hospitality, professional services, client services, or a related field. Prior experience directly supervising, coaching, and developing employees. Demonstrated ability to set expectations, provide feedback, hold employees accountable, and manage workplace concerns professionally. Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple employees, projects, priorities, and shifting deadlines. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel regularly to client locations in the New York metropolitan area. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Experience Healthcare, medical office, employee health, wellness, or regulated-services experience. Experience managing teams across multiple sites or client locations.
