Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to lead and oversee production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing workflow, production efficiency, team leadership, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production operations, team management, and process improvement within a manufacturing or production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations across multiple departments
  • Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities
  • Coordinate with sales, project management, pre-press, and installation teams
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Lead and mentor production supervisors and staff
  • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality
  • Support hiring, training, and HR coordination
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained
