What does your role bring to the table?
At Snooze, we are building something different. Great restaurants are not built in conference rooms; they are built through consistent execution in our restaurants.

The Senior Manager of Operational Enablement improves the way Snooze restaurants operate by identifying opportunities, simplifying complexity, and developing scalable solutions that help restaurant teams work more effectively.

This role serves as a key partner to Restaurant Operations and Restaurant Support Center teams, helping translate business needs into practical operational processes, tools, standards, and ways of working. The Senior Manager identifies operational friction, owns continuous improvement of restaurant systems and processes, and ensures operational standards remain practical, scalable, and grounded in restaurant realities.

Success in this role requires curiosity, strong operational judgment, analytical thinking, and a bias toward action. This leader helps restaurant teams spend less time navigating complexity and more time delivering exceptional Guest experiences.

·       Facilitate structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis to address operational challenges.

·       Standardize effective practices while maintaining flexibility for restaurant-specific needs.

·       Measure and monitor the effectiveness of operational improvements and adjust as needed.

Operational Effectiveness & Field Insights

·       Identify operational friction points through restaurant feedback, field observations, and performance trends, and prioritize opportunities that improve execution.

·       Establish mechanisms to capture, evaluate, and respond to restaurant operational feedback.

·       Assess the effectiveness of existing operational standards, tools, and processes and recommend improvements.

·       Analyze operational performance indicators and field observations to identify root causes and opportunities for simplification.

·       Monitor adoption and effectiveness of operational standards and identify opportunities for increased consistency and efficiency.

·       Partner with restaurant leaders to ensure operational solutions remain practical, sustainable, and restaurant-centered.

Operational Systems & Standards

·       Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational standards, procedures, playbooks, and supporting resources.

·       Establish scalable operating practices that promote consistency while allowing appropriate flexibility for restaurant-specific needs.

·       Evaluate existing operational tools and systems to ensure they support efficient execution and align with business needs.

·       Partner with Technology, Training, and Operations leaders to ensure operational tools, resources, and workflows remain simple, effective, and user-friendly.

·       Create governance and review processes that keep operational standards current, relevant, and sustainable.

·       Serve as a subject matter expert on restaurant operating processes and provide recommendations that improve execution and reduce complexity.

Cross-Functional Partnership

·       Partner with Operations, Training, Culinary, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and People teams to improve restaurant execution.

·       Represent the voice of restaurant teams in process design and operational planning.

·       Build trusted relationships that accelerate problem-solving and drive alignment.

·       Communicate recommendations, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned to meet Snooze’s business and operational goals and priorities

What Success Looks like:
