Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists department leadership in areas for improvement, documents business processes, research best practices, compiles information and assists process owners to implement change and monitor performance. Provides operational support through research, data collection and analysis of information to identify areas for improving productivity, cost savings, utilization management, provider and member satisfaction, and market share. Interacts with other Community First Health Plans, Inc. (Community First) departments. Helps ensure that operations and project management processes enable Community First to meet business objectives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or other related field.  Six (6) or more years’ experience in project coordination for a managed care environment is preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Project Management certification preferred. Proficiency in MS Project preferred.
