Regional Sales Director
Lead sales performance. Grow occupancy. Develop high-performing teams.
Pacific Retirement Services is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive sales performance, occupancy growth, marketing execution, and revenue optimization across an assigned portfolio of Life Plan Communities.
This is a remote role for candidates based in Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico. Because strong community partnerships are central to the role, travel of approximately 50-75% is required.
What You'll Do
  • Coach and develop community Sales & Marketing Directors.
  • Partner with Executive Directors to align sales priorities with operational and financial goals.
  • Drive occupancy, deposits, move-ins, revenue performance, and budget achievement.
  • Review sales forecasts, pipeline activity, conversion metrics, pricing, and inventory.
  • Create focused action plans for communities not meeting occupancy or revenue goals.
  • Lead pipeline reviews, sales coaching sessions, and community business reviews.
  • Ensure consistent use of PRS sales methodology, CRM standards, and customer experience practices.
  • Partner with enterprise Marketing on campaigns, brand execution, and community positioning.
  • Identify successful sales practices and scale them across the region.
  • Support lease-ups, expansions, repositioning efforts, and other strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance updates to executive leadership.

Pay: $155,000 - $194,000 / annually, depending on experience with consideration for geographic location.
About You
You are a strategic, results-driven senior living sales leader who knows how to turn strong relationships, disciplined execution, and meaningful data into sustainable occupancy growth.
You bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • At least seven years of progressive senior living sales leadership experience.
  • Multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred.
  • Life Plan Community or Continuing Care Retirement Community experience strongly preferred.
  • A demonstrated record of improving occupancy, revenue, conversion, and sales performance.
  • Strong financial, analytical, forecasting, and business-planning skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline reporting.
  • The ability to travel approximately 50-75%.
