Who you are:

As an Enterprise Risk Liaison II at Frost, you are our risk control, monitoring key risk indicators with integrity, caring and excellence. You know our Enterprise Risk Management Framework inside and out and you are passionate about finding and providing timely insights. In this role, you will act as the primary enterprise risk contact for assigned lines of business. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues with integrity, caring, and excellence at top of mind.

What you'll do:

  • Act as an enterprise risk contact for assigned lines of business by advising stakeholders on effective risk management practices, internal controls, and risk-related initiatives while balancing enterprise risk requirements with efficient business operations
  • Maintain and develop Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) documentation, including process, risk, and control inventories (PRCi), ensuring completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established standards
  • Coordinate periodic risk and control assessments, including RCSAs, with line of business management, reviewing results to validate risk identification, control effectiveness, and completeness of supporting documentation
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, management, and reporting of risk events, including monitoring remediation efforts, validating corrective actions, and escalating material or overdue items to support timely resolution
  • Collaborate with lines of business to maintain, monitor and enhance key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the ERM framework
  • Support business environment changes initiatives by advising business partners on risk and control considerations associated with operational, process, or organizational changes
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with practical knowledge of risk reporting and key risk indicators
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of operational risk management framework experience
  • Knowledge of GRC software solutions
