Job description

Experienced Privacy Program Manager with a strong background in privacy governance, risk management, and compliance within digital products and ideally the streaming/media technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead privacy and risk reviews for new products, features, and services.
  • Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to global privacy regulations.
  • Drive privacy-by-design initiatives and support enterprise privacy governance programs.
  • Manage compliance with regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DSA, AI Governance, Online Safety, and other global privacy frameworks.
  • Develop and improve privacy processes, controls, and workflow automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and regulatory readiness activities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Candidate Profile / Relevant Experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in Program Management, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, or related disciplines.
  • Lead on privacy and risk reviews for product launches and technology initiatives.
  • Partnered closely with Legal, Engineering, and Product organizations to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations.
  • Built and scaled privacy platforms and automated privacy workflows.
  • Driven privacy compliance efforts involving GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other international regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale privacy and risk review programs across complex global organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Legal, Engineering, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Experience with privacy platforms, governance tools, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting streaming, media, entertainment, or digital content platforms.
