Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate training program requirements typically including the following:
  • Schedule and support Program and/or Curriculum Review Committee meetings
  • Develop meeting agenda's based on training program requirements
  • Gather and present supporting training data for the Program/Curriculum Review Committee's
  • Assign and track action items
  • Identify training program problems to management for resolution.
  • Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items.
  • Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements.
  • Prepare and present the following typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training: Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, Job Performance Measures (JPM), Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, Workbooks

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience
  • Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
