The Opportunity
As a Digital Grid Modernization Lead, Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and confirming the delivery of quality and timely services within our Information Technology Operations practice. You will monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements for service quality, availability, and reliability, manage the business and delivery of services, and lead service recovery in case of major incidents. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver impactful results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC, you will focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. Responsibilities
- Leading the modernization of digital grid operations and managing service delivery to enhance client support
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure to validate smooth operations and service quality
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to maintain service reliability and availability
- Managing vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service level standards
- Directing service recovery efforts during major incidents to minimize impact on operations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and motivation

- Utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks to optimize service delivery and operations

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
