About the Role
As a Senior Communications Designer, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality visual projects across various mediums, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs. You will work closely with our Art Director and a talented team of colleagues to develop visually compelling content that supports our corporate communications, enhances data visualization, and elevates our multimedia presentations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate & Create: Partner with the Art Director to support all visual projects, including corporate communications, photography, and data visualizations.
  • Presentation & Infographic Mastery: Develop and refine impactful PowerPoint presentations, custom infographics, and perform expert photo editing for both internal and client-facing materials.
  • Data Storytelling: Assist in producing engaging and effective data visualizations for audience insights projects.
  • High-Quality Production: Execute the design and production of corporate and client presentations under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable quality and consistency.
  • Multimedia Development: Create dynamic multimedia content, including video for new business pitches, People Team initiatives, trade shows, online platforms, and client presentations.
  • Brand Champion: Maintain and rigorously apply brand guidelines to all visual projects, ensuring a cohesive and strong identity across all materials.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and skillfully adjusting designs based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proof and refine presentations, advertisements, and other design assets to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
What You'll Bring
  • Education: A degree in graphic design or visual communication.
  • PowerPoint Expert: Advanced PowerPoint skills are a must.
  • Software Prowess: Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Preferred proficiency with HTML & Google Workspace.
  • Multimedia Skills: Knowledge of audio/video hardware and editing software, with expertise in motion graphics and visual effects (AfterEffects and Premiere), is necessary.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
