Job description


As an Individual Contributor, this role develops high-quality visual assets for multi-channel integrated marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms. The position independently manages complex creative assignments from concept through final production, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and delivery timelines. This role serves as a trusted creative partner by elevating execution quality, consistency, and effectiveness across customer and employee touchpoints.
Responsibilities
  • Creative Execution: Leads the design and production of complex digital, social, and print assets, including campaign materials, branding elements, custom illustrations, and marketing collateral. Applies advanced creative judgment to translate business and creative objectives into cohesive, production-ready deliverables.
  • Visual and Production Excellence: Produces and refines photo-based assets through advanced retouching, color correction, and compositing. Ensures high-quality execution across print and digital channels through strong command of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
  • Motion Graphics and Multimedia Production: Designs and produces short-form animations, motion graphics, and video content, including storyboarding, editing, and optimization for multi-platform delivery.
  • Creative Consultation: Partners with internal stakeholders to clarify creative needs, provide design guidance within established standards, and resolve complex visual challenges while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Workflow Optimization and AI Enablement: Enhances creative workflows through the responsible and ethical use of AI tools for ideation, concept development, asset refinement, and production efficiency.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, advertising, multimedia, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design producing digital, print, and multi-platform creative assets.
  • Portfolio or work samples, demonstrating advanced graphic design, illustration, and multimedia capabilities across digital and print formats.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced photo editing, illustration, and multi-platform production capabilities, including print production standards, digital optimization, asset formatting, and familiarity with generative AI and enterprise design management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in graphic design, content creation, brand & marketing understanding, customer experience, cross-functional collaboration, communication, technology literacy, agility, accuracy & efficiency, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex creative work, apply professional judgment within established standards, and deliver high-quality results across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
