This hands-on leader designs architect-level solutions, drives cross-party calls to resolution, and takes full ownership, from whiteboarding an architecture to tracing a failed file transfer to root cause.<>What You Will Own
  • The overall system architecture across all in-scope applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Architect-level solutions for new requirements and enhancements, balancing scalability, security, and compliance along with optimizing the current platform.
  • Design and troubleshooting of intricate integrations, from source application through middleware to target.
  • Vendor relationships and cross-party technical calls, driving multiple stakeholders to fast, clear decisions.
<>Must Have Technical Skills
  • TIBCO: Deep hands-on experience with BusinessWorks, EMS, or equivalent middleware.
  • MOVEit: Strong experience with MOVEit or comparable managed file transfer platforms.
  • SAP: Solid knowledge of SAP integration touchpoints (IDocs, BAPIs, interfaces, middleware connectivity).
  • Salesforce: Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, PRM, including REST and Bulk APIs, platform events, and inbound and outbound data flows with external systems.
  • API integrations: REST and SOAP, authentication patterns, and API management.
  • File transfers: Inbound and outbound flows (SFTP, FTPS, AS2), scheduling, error handling, and reconciliation.
  • Servers and databases: How environments are set up and connected, plus the ability to read schemas and reason about data across systems.
  • Root cause: Proven track record resolving production integration issues under pressure.

  • Excellent communicator, fluid between deep technical detail and executive-level summaries.
