Preferred

  • Prior financial advisor or financial services experience

  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management

  • Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree

  • Currently licensed advisors

  • Individuals transitioning from another firm or entering the industry with strong professional experience

Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000


Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.

  • Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals and risk tolerance.

  • Recommend appropriate investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing service.

  • Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.


Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • No need for visa sponsorship.

  • Must be a local candidate.

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License required.

  • License Requirement: Applicants must hold current Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, along with an active Life and Health Insurance license, at the time of hire. If you are not already licensed, The Piedmont Group will assist with preparation for the required licenses.
