Job description

Global Risk Management and Claims (GRMC), a branch of Treasury & Risk Management, oversees Amazon's sophisticated, global insurance programs. GRMC's scope encompasses critical insurance programs that protect Amazon's operations across all businesses and regions worldwide.
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GRMC Controllership & Compliance team.

This role interfaces with stakeholders across GRMC, Finance, Accounting and Tax teams.
Key job responsibilities
Manage month end financials, tax filings, and management reporting
Provide guidance and variance analysis to peer finance teams
Drive automation of manual processes
Build planning and forecasting for GRMC's annual insurance policy renewal cycles
Develop reporting and dashboards for leadership decision making
Maintain and communicate allocation methodologies
