Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ping Identity CIAM  Lead Engineer to design, implement, and support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Ping Identity platform, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingAuthorize, PingOne and PingDirectory, along with strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, MFA, and FIDO2/WebAuthn authentication technologies. 
The role requires hands-on experience building secure and scalable authentication platforms, integrating web, mobile, API, and cloud applications. Candidates should have strong technical leadership skills, experience with CIAM and passwordless authentication, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, security, and business teams. 
Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of IAM experience with 5+ years utilizing Ping Identity technologies.
  • Expertise in SSO, federation, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and FIDO2/Passkeys.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, REST APIs, Encryption, SSL, Perl, Shell Script, LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with security architecture, Zero Trust, API security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Good Knowledge on Load Balancers, Firewall
