Senior Mining Engineer Jobs in Oregon (NOW HIRING)

• You will actively participate in a 12-month development program to learn LG&E business operations and develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments, and formal training
• Lead and administer special projects in sales execution supporting a general sales manager and their team of territory managers
• You are expected to collaborate in a team environment to develop customer-focused solutions and sales strategies
• Troubleshoot specific customer problems onsite, sharing technical knowledge and recommending effective solutions
• Demonstrate products and applications to new account customers or assist senior sales professionals in customer demonstrations
• You will engage in cold calling both onsite and via phone to potential customers to generate new business
• Supervise a portfolio of customer accounts by promoting sales, negotiating product supply agreements, and providing dedicated account service
• You will establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications with 1-2 years of relevant work experience including internships
• Demonstrated leadership through campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement
• Exhibit innovation, flexibility, commitment, ambition, and determination in your work approach
• You will maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changing situations with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support daily tasks and presentations
• Model high standards of honesty and integrity in all professional interactions
• You have consistently exceed goals and demonstrate accountability through excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Contribute actively to a positive, inclusive work environment where differences are valued and supported
