This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with your clients through teletherapy. As part of our outpatient clinic, you will have access to various digital tools and platforms designed for effective virtual therapy sessions, enabling you to provide high-quality care from the comfort of your home. You will collaborate closely with our diverse clinical team, utilizing integrated case management methodologies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders during initial therapy sessions, collecting relevant background information through interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific, measurable goals to track progress over time.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, adeptly referring clients to additional resources or services when situations require more intensive support.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records that adhere to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring documentation reflects the therapeutic process and client progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices within the field.

Mindful Beginnings offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
