In the dynamic role of Sr. Materials Handler II, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for the efficient handling of raw materials, processing manufacturing orders, and overseeing weighing and dispensing activities. This position focuses on receiving and shipping final drug substances, ensuring a seamless flow of materials that directly supports our production objectives. Your efforts will maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment at every stage, contributing significant value to our operational success. You'll manage the receipt of GMP items, verify inventory against specifications, and ensure the timely movement of materials using our electronic inventory system. As a trusted member of our team, you will play a crucial role in liaising with various departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our supply chain processes.

The incumbent could stand for four (4) hours, walk for three (3) hours, sit for three (3) hours, kneel or bend for one (1) hour, is required to perform upper body twisting motions for one half (½) hour and climb steps for one half (½) hour during the normal course of performing the essential duties of the position. The incumbent will also be required to lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance for up to 100 feet, occasionally push/pull more than 100 pounds. The incumbent is required to have sufficient physical dexterity to operate a telephone, computer/electronic equipment, hand tools, forklifts, order selectors. The incumbent manipulates small objects and performs activities or operates equipment that requires flexion, extension, or movement of the wrist; grasping; manipulation using hands and/or fingers; etc. The incumbent is required to wear personal protective equipment, such as, safety shoes, safety glasses and/or hearing protection.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in Materials Management, warehouse operations, or inventory related positions
• Proficient in using electronic inventory and/or Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with DOT and Hazmat regulations

• cGMP experience highly desired
• Experience with Syncade or similar MES platforms
• Prior experience with powered industrial trucks
• Familiarity with good documentation practices and cGMP requirements

The base compensation range for this role is: $21.25-$27.88. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
