Lookout Pest Control is building one of the most advanced marketing organizations in home services. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can own the strategy, run the execution, and drive real revenue impact across a fast-growing, PE-backed platform.

This is a growth operator role – not a creative lead, not a coordinator. If you’re energized by performance marketing, new technology, and building something from the ground up, read on.

What You’ll Do

Run Multi-Channel Campaigns

• Plan and execute across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, SMS, OTT/CTV, and social

• Drive seasonal promotions, local branch marketing, and retention initiatives

Own Marketing Operations

• Lead projects from kickoff to launch – timelines, vendors, approvals, and cross-functional alignment

• Support new market launches, rebrands, and acquisition integrations

Report on What Matters

• Track leads, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and recurring unit adds

• Build dashboards and attribution reporting that give leadership clear, actionable visibility

Protect the Brand

• Maintain brand consistency across all markets, digital touchpoints, and newly acquired locations

• Manage creative across digital, print, video, and web

Leverage AI & Automation

• Implement voice agents, SMS automation, lead routing, and automated follow-up workflows

• Continuously find ways to make the marketing engine run faster and smarter

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years in marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations

• Experience with multi-channel campaign management and strong performance marketing metrics

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

• Project Management experience in leading or coordinating

Preferred

• Background in home services, multi-location, franchise, or PE-backed companies

• Experience with M&A integrations or multi-market rebrands

• Hands-on with AI tools and modern marketing tech stacks

Why Lookout Pest Control?

• PE-backed platform with real investment in marketing and technology

• Direct impact on acquisition integrations, AI deployment, and multi-market growth

• Significant runway for advancement as the platform scales

• A team that puts employees first – always
