Job description

Sr Program Manager

Program Manager with experience of running, implementing and reporting across large scale multiple projects simultaneously running in parallel (Scrum Masters running one project will not fit this role)

Experience with Managing large IT Programs in Retirements domain.

Managing Senior level client stakeholders (CIO, CIO -1, Director and the likes) on a Daily basis

Reporting on a daily basis to CIO, CIO-1, Director level client stakeholders after obtaining project level updates from individual Scrum Masters/ PMs

Ability to own and create overarching Program Plan with multiple in-flight Projects

Must have strong technology background preferably in Java technologies

Well versed with Program and Project Management activities (Seasoned Program Manager)

Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills are a MUST (Candidate will not survive this role without this skillset)

Experience of complete project life cycle implementation experience across Analysis design development and production rollout

Experience of managing Agile/ Scrum based project delivery is a must

Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets will be a Plus.
