What You'll Do:
  • Own Fintech GTM and business operations, bridging strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring smooth, efficient sales, operations, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across departments
    • Partner and collaborate closely with the Fintech Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine FieldPulse's Growth Product and Business Strategy
    • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy and execution for fintech, driving optimal arrangement and monetization
  • Own GTM Performance
    • Directly manage Fintech Specialist Reps, owning sales/utilization performance responsible for driving attach and utilization of payments, financing, and future embedded financial technology offerings
    • Own GTM variable compensation strategy in coordination with HR
  • Directly manage Fintech Implementation/Support Reps, owning activation, support and retention performance
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs and manage GTM team attainment of goals laddering to overarching departmental goals
  • Execute data analyses, process improvement, and goal alignment cross functionally with broader GTM teams (Sales, Implementation, Success, Support)
  • Partner with Finance to develop forecasts, track actuals, iterate and optimize data driven understanding of our business
  • Play key role in partner/vendor relationship management and collaboration Evaluate, source, negotiate, and contract with fintech partners, serving as primary relationship POC

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Fintech/Payments Sales and operations roles, experience in vertical SaaS with embedded payments and/or exposure to the trades industry is preferred
  • At least 2 years of people management in Sales and/or Operations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to lead, persuade, and influence cross functional teams, and external stakeholders including without direct authority
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure and analyze operations, performance, data and synthesize into actionable insights, and recommendations
  • Direct experience managing vendor and/or partner relationships, negotiating partner or vendor contracts and driving external partner accountability
  • Highly organized individual, ability to drive projects to completion and deliver on time, taking pride in excellent follow up and follow through
  • Highly motivated, self starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and solving problems in a fast paced, high growth environment
