They are seeking a highly confident Channel Operations professional who can effectively engage with internal account teams and external channel partners. This individual must be comfortable operating in high‐pressure environments, able to make sound decisions, and stand firmly behind those decisions. A thick skin, strong judgment, and executive‐level presence are essential for success in this role.

Key Experience & Attributes:

Proven, hands‐on experience in Channel Operations and Channel Support (required)

Experience working with international channel partners strongly preferred

Background in a software product or high‐tech manufacturing company

Demonstrated ability to streamline partner onboarding and accelerate time‐to‐value

Open‐minded, highly resilient, and exceptionally strong follow‐up and execution skills

Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus, due to engagement with LATAM partners and resellers- 

6-figure salary, 10% bonus, plus RSUs, 10% +, and the full benefit package!
