Work Arrangement: Hybrid-2 Days onsite

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD 45-47/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Proven experience as a Mainframe Lead Developer with expertise in leading the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise Mainframe applications.
  • Strong hands-on coding experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL for developing and maintaining high-performance Mainframe solutions.
  • Extensive experience in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to lead technical teams, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to Mainframe development best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
