Sr Logistics Analyst - Deployment
Work Mode: Onsite
Location:Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Under the direction of the Manager - Network Deployment & Project Management, the Senior Logistics Analyst - Deployment is responsible for execution and optimization of supply chain network deployment, order allocation, and sales enablement programs across Kitchen & Bath Americas.
This role leads analytical and tactical deployment activities supporting inventory positioning, order flow optimization, and cost-to-serve performance. The position partners cross-functionally across Transportation, Distribution, S&OP, Inventory, and Sales teams to drive execution of network strategy into daily operations and customer delivery outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities
Network Deployment & Order Allocation Execution
  • Own execution of Order Move and Order Allocation processes to improve LOTIF, workload balance, inventory deployment, and cost optimization
  • Manage and refine deployment logic including prop factors, sourcing alignment, and execution rules across the network
  • Monitor SKU inventory levels at each DC note, manage and adjust supply flow in partnership with category planning to meet LOTIF requirements.
  • Identify, propose, and execute order moves based on inventory position, plant capabilities, and customer demand signals
  • Partner with DC operations, Shipment Planning, and Inventory teams to address deployment and execution issues

New Product Introduction & Production Alignment
  • Analyze production plans, tooling strategies, and product launches to support deployment readiness and execution
  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain Alignment, and Planning teams to ensure new product introductions are aligned with optimal network deployment strategies
  • Develop and recommend deployment strategies that balance service, cost, and capacity constraints for new and transitioning products

Network Deployment Strategy Support (Key Product Lines)
  • Analyze and support network deployment strategies and order balancing across key fixtures product lines including:
    • Vitreous
    • Sterling / Vikrell Space
    • Stainless Steel
    • Faucets
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize inventory positioning, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve fulfillment performance
  • Partner with Network Strategy, S&OP, and Distribution teams to align long-term network design with near-term execution

Sales Enablement & Program Deployment
  • Support execution of sales enablement programs including Direct Import, Drop Ship, Home Delivery, and customer-specific solutions
  • Lead deployment and operationalization of new commercial programs ensuring scalable and repeatable execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Customer Operations, Distribution, and Transportation teams

Data Management, Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor deployment performance, cost, and service metrics
  • Perform cost-to-serve analysis to evaluate shipment strategies and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support inbound planning, forecasting alignment, and transportation analytics

Cost Modeling & Financial Analysis
  • Analyze logistics cost drivers and support modeling for deployment, sourcing, and order allocation decisions
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining service expectations
  • Support business cases for deployment-related initiatives and operational changes

Process Development & Standardization
  • Develop and standardize SOPs including deployment logic, order moves, routing guides, and escalation processes
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes across deployment and planning teams
  • Ensure consistency and governance across deployment activities

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support logistics and network continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in moderately complex cross-functional projects
  • Provide analytical support across Network Strategy, Transportation, Distribution, and S&OP functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Skills/Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent level of education
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or deployment-related roles
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred
  • Experience with SAP, IBP, or transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Experience utilizing Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience in network deployment, order allocation, or supply chain project execution
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments and product-line deployment (e.g., fixtures, building products)

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
