A Senior Live-In Horse Ranch Manager often faces challenges such as managing a diverse team, overseeing horse health and care, and ensuring the smooth operation of ranch facilities. Balancing administrative duties with hands-on work can be demanding, especially during peak seasons or emergencies. Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and animal care are essential. Day in the life of our Caregivers...

- Companion Caregivers are really just that, companions.  When they first arrive, they might do a safety check, help prepare meals, or pick out clothes for the day.  You are a friend that plays games, runs errands, cleans up, and genuinely tries to make someone smile.

- Our Personal Caregivers are going the next step and helping our seniors bathe, get dressed, and brush their teeth.  They help them stay safe with medication reminders and general mobility around the house.  Some of our companion Caregivers have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but they are not required.

People who make great Caregivers...
