Network Administrator
This is a full-time on-site position (no remote or hybrid work).
Education & Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or in another technical field (Physics, Aerospace, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics)
  • Experience with NAS facilities, systems, and equipment is highly desirable
  • Nine (9) plus years of related work experience

Required Skills
  • Knowledge/experience for Windows/Linux in network infrastructure
  • Implementation, administration, and troubleshooting network devices
  • Application transport and network infrastructure protocols
  • Digital security
  • Checkpoint firewalls
  • F5 load balancers/proxy servers
  • Ability to work independently and on a team in an agile environment
  • Research and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication

Essential Daily Job Duties
  • Provide 2nd Level Engineering support for RMLS
  • Maintain, configure, and improve network hardware (servers, routers, switches) in mixed Linux/Windows environments
  • Manage and support Firewall, Load balancer configuration
  • Upgrade and repair computer networks
  • Deploy and update software
  • Manage servers and their operating systems
  • Implement security measures
  • Develop/execute test processes and procedures
  • Manage cloud and physical network storage
  • Create and update network-related documentation
  • Troubleshoot network issues
  • RMLS Field Support 24x7 as needed

Work Environment
  • Full-time position with a standard flexible work schedule; occasional nights or weekends may be required
  • Occasional travel (~10%)
  • Cubicle environment

Requirements
Required:
  • BS in Engineering or related technical field
  • 9+ years of related work experience
  • Windows/Linux network infrastructure
  • Network device administration and troubleshooting
