Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Life and Health Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on helping individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized life and health insurance solutions.
You will play a key role in our agency's mission by conducting meaningful needs-based conversations, educating clients, and providing customized coverage recommendations that align with their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct life insurance and health insurance consultations with new and existing clients
  • Present personalized solutions including term life, whole life, disability, health insurance, and Medicare supplements
  • Utilize our "American Dream" and life review process to guide client conversations
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategies
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing client opportunities
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of appointments and applications
  • Collaborate with the sales and service team to support cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional client service and build long-term relationships

Production Expectations:
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of life review appointments weekly
  • Participate in agency marketing and outreach efforts when needed

Qualifications:
  • Active Life/Health Insurance License (required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently lead client conversations and ask discovery questions
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Organized with strong follow-through skills
