Job description

Wally’s Wine & Spirits is seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead the next chapter of growth for one of the most distinctive luxury hospitality brands in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand strategy, drive guest engagement, and elevate Wally’s presence across restaurants, retail, e-commerce, events, and upcoming expansion initiatives, including the launch of our highly anticipated Miami hotel. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact while driving meaningful business results across a growing luxury brand portfolio.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the marketing vision and brand strategy across all Wally’s business channels.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, paid media, SEO, CRM, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Launch and promote new locations, products, events, wine tastings, and hospitality experiences.
  • Build impactful partnerships, collaborations, and public relations opportunities that strengthen brand visibility.
  • Create memorable guest experiences through innovative storytelling, activations, and community engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while managing agency and partner relationships.
