Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create impactful, learner-centered solutions that build workforce capability and drive business performance. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate performance needs into engaging learning experiences that enable employees to develop skills, apply knowledge, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, creativity, and business acumen to design innovative learning solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop blended learning programs, including curricula, e-learning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, assessments, job aids, and performance support resources.
  • Create storyboards, learner materials, facilitator guides, and supporting assets that deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop content with clear learning objectives, logical progression, practical application, and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and accessibility standards to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Prototype, test, evaluate, and refine learning solutions using learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliverables while meeting timelines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Establish and promote best practices in instructional design and learning experience development.
Qualifications
  • Required 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions across multiple delivery methods.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with subject matter experts and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality learning solutions on schedule.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in instructional design, learning technologies, or related areas.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning technologies (ex. Articulate, Vyond).
  • Experience measuring learning effectiveness and translating data into continuous improvement opportunities.
