The Richards Group an IMA Company is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. If you excel at building strong client relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a commitment to exceptional service, we'd love to connect with you.
This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Personal Lines
  • An active Property & Casualty License
  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • A team-oriented mindset paired with high self-motivation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
  • Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system (preferred but not required)

Salary Range
