  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience using Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, and Oracle databases.
  • Strong experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) applications and domain knowledge of SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid (MA) programs.
  • Proven ability to lead the design and implementation of large-scale, secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of public sector or health and human services systems and eligibility platforms.
