Job Description:

As a Senior Systems Software QA Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and integration of the testing of complex software solutions that impact HPE's products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive technological innovation to ensure high-quality, scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple project teams in all phases of functional and integration testing.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external development partners.
  • Review and evaluate designs for compliance with standards, providing feedback to improve quality.
  • Offer expertise in software architecture and contribute to cross-organizational projects.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Typically, 6+ years of experience in software development and testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and storage concepts.
  • Proven experience in designing robust test plans and complex test cases.
