Job Description We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack software engineering, CI/CD, automated testing, and solution architecture and a proven ability to design, deliver, and maintain complex, compliant, and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and unit test code to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity. Mentor engineers and coach teams on CI/CD practices and automation toolchains. Refine stories, define requirements, and estimate work across the delivery lifecycle. Perform spikes or proofs of concept to mitigate risk and validate new ideas. Automate manual release activities to improve delivery efficiency. Design, develop, and maintain automated integration, regression, and performance test suites. Deliver complex features and enable technology improvements that increase development efficiency. Provide technical thought leadership across multiple software implementations and competencies. Own end-to-end solution design and delivery. Deep understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL. Knowledge of application development methodologies and infrastructure. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency executing CI/CD pipelines with automated software testing. Working knowledge of JIRA, Remedy, and ServiceNow. Preferred Skills: Experience mentoring teams and scaling CI/CD and test automation practices.
