Senior Janitorial Manager
Location: Various ServiceNet Buildings
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4p-12a
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000 annually
ServiceNet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Janitorial Manager to lead our custodial team in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments across our facilities. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on ensuring high standards and supporting a team that plays a critical role in the wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate custodial staff.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and support to ensure a motivated and effective team.
  • Assign daily responsibilities and oversee task completion in line with cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Foster open communication with staff, respond to feedback, and resolve performance issues.
  • Deliver responsive customer service by addressing special cleaning requests promptly.

Operational Oversight
  • Manage and supervise daily janitorial operations across designated buildings.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas.
  • Design and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs as they arise.

Inventory & Resource Management
  • Track spending and manage custodial supply inventory.
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
  • Monitor product usage to minimize waste and control costs.

Health & Safety Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff on proper chemical and equipment use, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Immediately address any safety hazards or concerns.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in facilities management a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Minimum 3 years custodial or facilities experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
