Step into a high-visibility, strategically important role at this high-growth client company. This newly created role will sit at the intersection of capital markets, treasury, FP&A, and strategic finance, supporting a finance organization that operates at an institutional level with direct exposure to executive leadership, lenders, and investors on a regular basis. You will report to a sharp SVP of Finance who is a strong mentor, with heavy interaction with the CFO - giving you access and visibility that is rare at this level. The company is in an active phase of strengthening its financial infrastructure - policies, procedures, internal controls, and analytical frameworks - and the right person will have a hand in building and improving those capabilities. The offices are beautiful, the work week is balanced, and the leadership team has a strong shared history and track record of success. If you bring investment banking or institutional finance experience, advanced modeling skills, and a self-starter mentality, this is a platform that will accelerate your career in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models covering operating cash flow, capital expenditures, debt service, liquidity forecasting, covenant compliance, and strategic investment analysis
  • Evaluate strategic growth initiatives through detailed financial analysis and scenario modeling; support ad hoc analyses and special projects for executive leadership
  • Continuously improve financial models, reporting tools, and analytical processes to support scalability and operational excellence
  • Support capital markets activities including asset-backed securities, development loans, and other financing structures
  • Support all treasury and banking operations to ensure optimal liquidity positioning and risk management across the organization
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for lenders, institutional investors, executive leadership, and board presentations
  • Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes across the organization
  • Track and report on key metrics; develop and monitor KPIs to measure enterprise performance and risk
  • Partner with accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable financial standards and debt agreements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, infrastructure finance, commercial banking, valuation, or strategic finance
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills - you can build complex, integrated financial models from scratch
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow modeling, and core corporate finance principles
  • Self-starter mentality with a stable job history and genuine interest in making an impact
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant executive exposure
  • Experience supporting debt transactions, capital raises, treasury functions, or structured finance activities
  • Familiarity with ERP or financial planning systems
