Job Title: Senior Supply Planning Coordinator Location: Portage, Michigan Type: Contract Compensation: $24-$29.99 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

Overview Leading medical device company looking for an experienced Senior Supply Planning Coordinator. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in production, supply, or demand planning roles with demonstrated knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities • Support the creation of an overall supply plan for the specific plant(s) and 3rd party suppliers within the franchise scope. • Interface with production scheduling, procurement, and customer service to ensure an integrated approach to supply planning. • Lead in responding to demand requirements and ensure supply plans communicate what needs to be produced and purchased. • Support the development of a Master Resource Plan based on the latest demand signal to cover production and procurement needs up to a 24-month horizon. • Assist in creating capacity plans to identify bottlenecks or risks and develop mitigation proposals. • Monitor and coach into supply planning during initial scope of limited products/segments. • Work under supervision of the Supply Planning manager to set inventory levels, considering demand volatility and supply chain lead times. • Track execution of the supply plan, ensuring operationalization and performance tracking, including mitigation of back orders. • Ensure products are phased in and out correctly, with proper communication regarding product portfolio status. • Support the Supply Planning Manager in providing effective communication and confirmation of capability to meet requirements via daily, weekly, and monthly processes. • Maintain core master data in supply planning systems to focus on real supply issues. • Monitor KPIs such as Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Orders, and Lead Time. • Root cause performance issues and recommend mitigation strategies to the Supply Planning Manager.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years in production, supply, or demand planning roles with demonstrated knowledge and experience. • Experience with IT planning systems, including SAP or JDE, or equivalent ERP systems. • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel required. • Power BI experience is a plus.
