Ready to lead one of the largest and most respected white glove delivery operations in the Midwest?

Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a driven, high-energy Warehouse Manager to lead our flagship Nashville operation. This is not a desk job. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, developing people, solving problems, and building a winning team.

Our Nashville facility is the largest in the Clark's network, operating out of a 70,000-square-foot warehouse with a team of 10-15 employees supporting some of the most recognized furniture retailers, interior designers, and home brands in the country.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading all daily warehouse operations
  • Managing a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
  • Overseeing receiving, inspection, inventory control, and storage operations
  • Driving warehouse productivity, accuracy, and organization
  • Ensuring freight is properly staged and prepared for delivery
  • Maintaining safety standards and warehouse cleanliness
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Working closely with office staff, delivery teams, and senior leadership
  • Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork
