An established chemical manufacturing company is currently seeking candidate recommendations across multiple departments. Below is an overview of the open roles, key responsibilities, and requirements.

Level/Experience:

Manager to Senior Manager | 12+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and convert Sales Orders into Production Orders based on plant capacity.

  • Oversee raw material schedules, follow up with purchasing, and coordinate with maintenance to maximize productivity.

  • Audit physical vs. MES data inventory in collaboration with purchasing and sales teams.

  • Predict potential operational risks/chain reactions on the shop floor to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Bilingual (Korean & English) required.

  • 10+ years of production planning or control experience (chemical manufacturing preferred).
