Beatitudes Campus is a mission-driven, senior living community dedicated to supporting older adults through compassionate service, meaningful engagement and a welcoming campus environment.  We are seeking a temporary Central Supply Coordinator (likely 3-month assignment) who takes pride in supporting residents, their fellow team members, and daily operations with professionalism, respect and care.


About the Position

The Central Supply Coordinator supports the Health Services team by assisting with the receiving, organization, distribution, and inventory control of medical and operational supplies. This position plays an important role in helping departments have the materials and resources needed to provide safe, timely, and high-quality service to residents.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties, follow safety procedures, complete training, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. 
  • Knowledge of warehouse upkeep and inventory control preferred. 
  • Experience in a senior living, healthcare, warehouse, or similar environment preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to make independent decisions within the scope of the position.
  • Ability to work courteously, efficiently, and effectively in a multi-task environment.Â
