Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation while driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, process improvement, inventory management, and team development.

Requirements

  • Lead all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. 
  • Develop and execute strategies for inbound and outbound material flow. 
  • Improve inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse SOPs and GMPs. 
  • Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations across company facilities. 
  • Partner with Operations, Production, and other departments to meet customer and production demands. 
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs. 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse standards. 
  • Manage lot tracking, traceability, and allergen control processes. 
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience managing warehouse operations within a food manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving. 
  • Experience developing SOPs and GMP documentation. 
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; warehouse management systems experience is a plus. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
